Welcome to the review by Meromoto! We had the chance to experience the Leapmotor C10 EV, a perfect family vehicle.

If you are looking for an EV that combines comfort, technology, and versatility, the C10 might just be the one. This car is built for families and adventure lovers alike.

We tested the C10 on city streets and even took it to Hattiban’s rough terrain, and it performed with ease. Its 190mm ground clearance was a lifesaver on rough terrain, and even fully loaded with four people and camping gear, it didn’t disappoint.

Speaking of space, the cabin feels incredibly roomy, with enough legroom and headspace for everyone to relax. Plus, the seats fold flat into a 2.7-meter bed, making it perfect for camping nights under the stars.

Its 69.9 kWh battery delivers an impressive 420 km range (WLTP), and charging is convenient too, just 30 minutes for 30%-80% on DC fast charging. Features like hill descent control, regen modes, and advanced safety tech add to the confidence on the road. With the C10 being RWD, it’s the cherry on top.

Inside, it’s all about tech and comfort. The 14.6-inch infotainment screen, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, and a premium 12-speaker sound system elevate every ride. Add in features like a panoramic sunroof with ambient lighting, a camping mode, and a spacious boot (up to 835 liters), and you’ve got an EV ready for every adventure.

It is priced at NPR 69.99 Lakhs as an introductory price in Nepal.

This video documentary showcases the achievements of the Women's Rights Program II multi-country project, implemented in partnership with ActionAid Ireland and funded by the IrishAid Government of Ireland. Over the course of six years, ActionAid Nepal and its local partners worked to create a safer and more economically secure environment for women and girls in Parsa, Makwanpur, and Chitwan districts of eight municipalities of twenty wards, targeting the most marginalized, excluded, and vulnerable populations.
The project was guided by the self-identified needs of target women and girls and local partners, using the COM-B (capacity, opportunity, and motivation of behavior) diagnosis model and human rights-based approach. Tailored interventions included building more than 70 active agencies for women and girls, along with men and boys, empowering them by fostering meaningful engagement, and strengthening their leadership.
The project aimed to improve the resilience of women and girls against violence, change the attitudes and behaviors of key actors, and influence actors to improve gender-centric programming and policies to bring about positive transformation. The project successfully brought positive change to the lives of 1,690 hard-to-reach women and girls, with the active engagement of 692 men and boys. Additionally, the project's outreach expanded to an additional 2,965 women and girls and 950 men and boys beyond the target group.
Overall, this documentary highlights the impact of the Women's Rights Program II on the lives of women and girls in Nepal and demonstrates the importance of continued efforts to promote gender equality and women's empowerment. The project's success was driven by its focus on local needs, women’s rights, agencies building, meaningful engagement and empowerment, and it serves as a model for future efforts to promote gender equality and women's empowerment.

In this 10-minute documentary, government officials in #Nepal, civil society partners, and the SNV in Nepal team take viewers on an urban #sanitation and #hygiene trip across four cities. In the cities of Chandannath, Birendranagar, Nepalgunj, and Saptari, viewers gain first-hand accounts of and a glimpse into the partnerships, equipment, and practice of improved faecal sludge management contributing to the climate resilience and sustainability of urban #water systems.

Nepal’s new Constitution (2015) stresses on the public administration which is impartial, effective, transparent, accountable and participatory. Our Government is a video report of the contributions Support Nepal (SNP) is making towards the realization of this constitutional spirit of inclusive and open governance system at the local level. The video report consists of (1) the legal and policy provisions for local governments in Nepal, (2) how an inclusive and accountable local governance system can mainstream the rights and participation of all Nepalese, including the excluded groups, and (3) how SNP is helping the local governments in realizing the need for and instituting the foundation of inclusive governance system which is open, accountable and participatory. The 20-minute video report is produced in Nepali with English sub-title.
